For long-term stays, $500 of gas and electricity is included, and the renter pays for utilities above $500/month. For short-term stays, the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat the pool to the mid-80s. Please keep in mind in mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching the mid-80s, and pool temperature is not guaranteed. However, low to mid 80's is generally common, even mid-winter.
